When does the event begin?
Check-in is from 8:00am to 8:50am. The race starts at 9:00am.
Is parking available?
Plenty of free public parking is available in the park.
Where is the on-site registration?
The on-site registration is located at the Central Park Pavilion.

At the on-site registration tables.
What is the course route?
The race will use the 1 mile scenic trail. You will have to make 3 turns plus a little bit to get to 5K (3.1 miles)
Is the race timed?
A timing clock will be set up but chip timing is unavailable.
Are refreshments provided?
Water will be provided along with various types of fruit and snacks.
Do I get a t-shirt?
All participants receive a Stampede for Need t-shirt while supply lasts.
Is there any awards?
Awards are given to the top male and female finishers of the run. Other prized TBA.
Are children in running strollers allowed?
Children accompanied by a parent or guardian are welcome. Those with strollers should start at the back of the group.
Are dogs allowed?
A dog on leash is permitted to run with its owner. Those with dogs should start at the back of the group.
Who benefits from the proceeds of this run?
Proceeds benefit the local Society of St. Vincent de Paul. Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a non-profit providing emergency financial assistance with rent, utility, food and clothing assistance to people in need in the Bryan/College Station community.
