Deacon Glen Milton was born in New Orleans, but has lived in Bryan with his wife, Marilyn, since 1979. They are the parents of two Aggies: Jennifer ‘00 and Steven ‘04.
Deacon Glen graduated from St Augustine High School in New Orleans and the University of New Orleans, where he received a BA in History. After serving in the Army from 1970-73, he resumed his college education and began a 30+ year career in the Federal Government. He worked for such agencies as the Office of Personnel Management, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the U.S. Postal Service. Deacon Glen retired from the U.S. Postal Service in 2007.
To sharpen his skills in computer applications and labor relations, Deacon Glen has also attended Blinn College and Texas A&M as a part-time student.
Ordained on June 28, 2003, he served at St Anthony’s Parish in Bryan, where he and his wife had been parishioners since moving to the area. Deacon Glen has assisted in the liturgical ministries performed by deacons and has served in various ministries, including RCIA and pastoral care to those who are in jail.
