Wednesday, September 16, 2015, 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: Apostles of the Interior Life Convent
4104 Oaklawn Street, Bryan.
10 min walk from St. Mary's or a 3 min drive.
Take Nagel until you come to a "T" in the road and then take a left and the first right. Continue driving straight until you see Clay St. to your left. The house is located right after you pass Clay St. on a corner lot to the left. Usually the house across from it has a large RV parked outside.
We also offer rides from St. Mary's at 6:50 pm for those who need one.
All young women are welcome to join the Apostles of the Interior Life for a look at the life of a consecrated woman. The Apostles open the doors of their convent once a month to share an inside look at their life with all female students wanting to learn more or be exposed to this Vocation. The night begins with dinner (usually pasta - it's an Italian community remember?) and continues into a time for sharing. One of the Sisters may give a talk or share their story. Or there may simply be time to ask questions and develop a conversation from that. Finally, like every good thing, the night ends with Night Prayer - the last prayer of Liturgy of the Hours - in the convent chapel at 10 pm. This prayer lasts only about 5 minutes. The Apostles look forward to meeting each of you soon! Please feel free to invite your friends but remember to
RSVP the Monday before so that enough food is provided. You may RSVP by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE indicate whether you will be needing a ride from St. Mary's
so that we can be there to meet you with a sufficient amount of space in the cars at 6:50 pm.
