In a recent interview with Catholic News Agency, Cardinal Sarah, president of the Pontifical Council Cor Unum, reminded us that “Catholics can proclaim the Gospel through their acts of service for others…. Charity must be a kind of evangelization - not direct evangelization, but to make each one know who Christ is, and know the love of God.” This is exactly the philosophy of the Catholic ministry ‘A Simple House’; they spread the Gospel through what they call “friendship evangelization”
performed through words, actions, and relationships.
