Antonio Pérez Ruiz, an indigenous farmer from Chiapas, Mexico will be speaking about fair trade coffee and how every fair trade purchase can really make a difference in the life of a coffee farmer and their community. Antonio is the coordinator of coffee production cooperative of nearly 700 small-scale coffee growers that sells their coffee to companies through the Catholic Relief Services Fair Trade Network.
